Lord Muruga appears in this temple in separate shrines as He does in the celebrated Aaru Padai Veedu temples in Tiruparankundram, Tiruchendur, Palani, Swamimalai and Sholaimalai Mandapam in the respective forms and names. He is also facing the same directions in this temple as in the above temples. A devotee visiting this temple will derive the satisfaction of visiting all the Aaru Padai Veedu temples. It is also noteworthy that the Navagrahas the nine planets are made of a single stone. | | |
